Custom Apparel Price Match Guarantee

We are committed to providing you with the best prices on high-quality custom apparel. If you find a lower price on an identical item from a qualifying competitor, we will gladly match that price under the terms outlined below.

1. Price Match Guarantee Overview

We offer a Price Match Guarantee for up to 7 days after your original purchase date. If you find an eligible lower price within this period, we will refund you the difference. We also honor a price match at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility Requirements (What Qualifies)

To be eligible for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • Identical Item: The competitor's item must be identical to our item, including but not limited to:
    • Same Garment Type (e.g., T-shirt, Hoodie, Polo, etc.)
    • Same Brand and Model Number (if applicable)
    • Same Material Composition and Weight (GSM)
    • Same Customization Method (e.g., Screen Printing, Embroidery, DTG, DTF, Vinyl)
    • Same Number of Print/Stitch Locations and Size/Coverage Area
    • Same Number of Colors or Stitch Count in the design.
  • Order Quantity: The price match request must be for the exact same quantity of items (e.g., if you order 50 shirts, the competitor's price must be for 50 shirts).
  • Qualifying Competitor: The lower price must be from a legitimate, established, and federally registered Canadian-based custom apparel company that operates on a direct-to-consumer basis.
  • Verification: The lower price must be verifiable by our team on the competitor's active website or a formal, current quote.
  • In-Stock: The item must be in-stock and immediately available for purchase from the competitor.

3. Exclusions (What Does Not Qualify)

We reserve the right to decline any price match request that falls under the following exclusions:

  • Non-Comparable Quotes: Prices based on a different customization method (e.g. DTF vs Vinyl), lower quality garment, different print colors, or different print sizes/locations.
  • Non-Qualifying Competitors: Prices from third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Etsy, Amazon), auction sites, clearance/liquidation sales, temporary pop-up shops, or prices requiring membership/subscription.
  • Errors/Typographical Mistakes: Prices that are the result of a typographical error, misprint, or pricing mistake by the competitor.
  • Special Offers: Prices resulting from financing offers, gift cards, bundle offers, rebates, mail-in offers, or free promotional items.
  • Services and Fees: Shipping costs, handling fees, setup fees, artwork fees, taxes, or other service charges are not eligible for price matching and must be included in the total comparable cost. Our price match applies only to the unit price of the apparel and decoration.
  • International Competitors: Prices from non-domestic competitors that involve import duties or international shipping.
  • Previous Purchases: Price matches cannot be applied to orders placed more than 7 days ago.

4. How to Request a Price Match

To submit a price match request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@teesopia.com before placing your order, or within 7 days of placing your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Include a clear, current, and verifiable link to the competitor’s pricing page or a formal, itemized quote that clearly shows:
    1. The competitor's name and contact information.
    2. The identical product details (Brand, Model, Quantity).
    3. The customization details (Method, Colors, Locations, Size).
    4. The final, verifiable unit price.
  3. Review: Our team will review the documentation to confirm all eligibility requirements have been met.
  4. Confirmation: If the request is approved, we will either adjust your current order total before you pay, or process a refund for the difference to your original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Our Final Decision

Teesopia reserves the right to determine the validity of the competitor's price and whether it meets the identical product and service criteria. Our decision on any price match request is final. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this guarantee at any time.
