Bulk Orders

Thank you for considering Teesopia for your large custom apparel order (above $1000 CAD)! We offer significant discounts and personalized service for bulk quantities. Please review the following policy details regarding minimums, pricing, process, and turnaround times.

1. What Qualifies as a Bulk Order?

A bulk order is defined as any single order meeting the following criteria:

  • Minimum AOV: Average order value should be more than $1,000 CAD
    • This quantity can be a mix of apparel items (e.g., 10 t-shirts, 15 hoodies) as long as the design and print method are consistent across the order.
  • Design Consistency: All items within the bulk order must share the exact same design and print locations.
    • Slight variations, such as individual name/number personalization, may be accommodated for an additional fee per item.

2. Bulk Order Pricing & Discounts

Our pricing for bulk orders is based on a tiered structure, meaning the more you order, the lower the price per unit.

  • Tiers: Discounts are automatically applied based on the total item count. Reach out to Customer Success to know more about our tiered pricing.
  • Quote Process: All bulk orders require a custom quote. The final price includes:
    • The cost of the blank garments.
    • The complexity and size of the design.
    • The chosen printing method (e.g., screen printing, embroidery).
    • Any associated setup fees (these are often waived or reduced for large bulk orders).

3. Design & Artwork Submission

File Requirements

  • Preferred Formats: We require high-resolution files (300 DPI or greater) in vector formats like AI, EPS, or PDF.
  • Color Matching: Please provide specific Pantone (PMS) color codes for critical color matching (especially for screen printing). We will match as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact match without PMS codes.
  • Proofing: You will receive a Digital Mockup/Proof showing the design placement and size on the selected garment. Production will not begin until we receive your final, written approval of this proof.

Note: Any changes requested after the final proof approval may incur additional fees and delay the production timeline.

4. Production and Turnaround Time

Bulk orders require a dedicated production slot.

  • Standard Turnaround: Our typical turnaround time for bulk orders is [e.g., 10–14 business days] from the date of:
    1. Final Payment Confirmation AND
    2. Final Proof Approval
  • Rush Orders: Rush service may be available depending on current production capacity and the complexity of your order.
    • Fee: Rush orders are subject to a [e.g., 20%] surcharge.
    • Request: Please clearly indicate "RUSH ORDER" in your initial request if a faster timeline is required.

5. Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment Terms: Order payment is required in advance to secure your order and begin pre-production (ordering blanks, preparing screens, printing DTFs etc).
  • Order Cancellation: Bulk orders cannot be canceled or modified once the final proof has been approved and the deposit has been processed, as we immediately purchase blank apparel and begin the setup process.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order. These costs will be included in your final quote.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving your bulk order, please inspect all items immediately. All discrepancies, defects, or shortages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
